This is a Chohyo Festival limited edition sake purchased at the Chohyo Spring Festival held at the brewery I visited last month. It is the first sake rice Kame-no-o that I have ever had at Nitoshi. It has a mild, non-habitual taste, and I was able to drink it like water. 2,640 yen.

I recently purchased this sake from the brewery at the Choho Spring Festival. This is the first sake I have ever had from the two hares. The sake rice is Omachi. I am curious about the meaning of the ? mark on the name label, but I don't know what it means. It tastes sweet, with a twang in the nose, and is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake. It was delicious. 1,900 yen.

On the 11th, I went to the brewery to buy a bottle of Nisuto's Twelve Zodiac Bottles at the year-end festival of Chohyo. I was not able to buy a bottle of the twelve zodiac bottles, but I was able to buy a bottle of the light nigori draft. I decided to drink it in the New Year and bought this sake for that occasion. I had it with chicken mizutaki, which I had received as a gift from my hometown. Both were delicious and we drank and ate all the leftovers. It tasted a little bitter at first, but after that it tasted sweet and was easy to drink. 1823 yen

Last Sunday was Maruishi Day, and the brewery was selling a limited amount of Nama Sake, so I lined up before 9:00 a.m., the store's opening time, to purchase a bottle. My first sip left me with a stronger tingling sensation on my tongue and a stronger dryness compared to the earlier non-nama sake I had tasted, but both were easy to drink and opened quickly. We arrived at the brewery around 10:00 a.m. Most of the new sake was already sold out, but we were able to buy this barrel of sake. 9:00 a.m. was the opening time, but many people lined up before 9:00. It has a sour and refreshing taste. 2,200 yen

Junmai Ginjo Futari Dewa Sanzu 55 Nama Genshu Usu Nigori. We bought it at the Maruishi February New Sake Sales Event. It's very bubbly. It's not a good analogy, but it gives you a refreshing feeling like a carbonated sports drink.

純米萬歳七割磨き火入。昨日の長誉春祭りにて購入。七割磨きと聞いてイメージする荒っぽさは薄く、価格(四合1,150円)と鮮度(もちろん4月製造)を考えれば充分以上の造り👍
