On the 11th, I went to the brewery to buy a bottle of Nisuto's Twelve Zodiac Bottles at the year-end festival of Chohyo. I was not able to buy a bottle of the twelve zodiac bottles, but I was able to buy a bottle of the light nigori draft. I decided to drink it in the New Year and bought this sake for that occasion. I had it with chicken mizutaki, which I had received as a gift from my hometown. Both were delicious and we drank and ate all the leftovers. It tasted a little bitter at first, but after that it tasted sweet and was easy to drink. 1823 yen

Thank you for your comment, Usagigoten. We were probably in line at about the same time. I was surprised at the long line. It was a pity that the Junmai Daiginjo of Junmai Omachi and the Junmai Daiginjo of the Twelve Zodiac Labels were gone just before the order to buy.
