Last Sunday was Maruishi Day, and the brewery was selling a limited amount of Nama Sake, so I lined up before 9:00 a.m., the store's opening time, to purchase a bottle. My first sip left me with a stronger tingling sensation on my tongue and a stronger dryness compared to the earlier non-nama sake I had tasted, but both were easy to drink and opened quickly.
