On March 1, I went to Minami for a casual drink.
We had our drinks at "Tempura Stand Ponkichi Sake Shop".
Urauchi Chiebijin" Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake [Nakano Shuzo, Oita].
The sweetness is soft. The sweetness mellows out the alcohol and bitterness.
A fresh aroma like green apples passes through to the nose in the mid-palate.
The aftertaste lingers slightly, but is surprisingly refreshing.
When paired with a meal, it is surprisingly easy to drink. Only the sweetness and aroma remain, and they do not interfere with the food. It is a great accompaniment to food.
