The sweetness is soft. The sweetness mellows out the alcohol and bitterness.
A fresh aroma like green apples passes through to the nose in the mid-palate.
The aftertaste lingers slightly, but is surprisingly refreshing.
When paired with a meal, it is surprisingly easy to drink. Only the sweetness and aroma remain, and they do not interfere with the food. It is a great accompaniment to food.
