Second drink at Yakitori Arakiyama in Shibuya yesterday. This is my first time at Mitsuo Yamakawa.
The aroma is subdued.
Easy to drink with sourness, sweetness, and bitterness added.
It has a full-bodied feeling even though it is a summer sake.
Delicious.
The marriage with yakitori was OK.
