たけさんThe owner and I got into a conversation and I couldn't review it 😂.
But I do remember that it was delicious and tasted just like the jackets.
Probably a hard liquor. たけさんThe flavor is deep and clean.
It is not too spicy and leaves a moderate aftertaste.
It has a refreshing clean quality that does not make you say "fruity" by mistake.
This kind of sake would go well with light sashimi. Sake like Sayori.
For strong fish like yellowtail or tuna, a sake with a little more umami would be good.
It would also go well with boiled vegetables. たけさんOrdered because it goes well with sashimi.
The aroma is moderate for a daiginjo, and the aftertaste is quite lingering, almost like a ginjo.
But it is still sweet.
Junmai is the best for me, after all.
No, it's just plain tasty, though. たけさんWe ordered this sake because we thought it would go well with sashimi.
It is a very Okayama sake, but it is much less assertive than Tagaji, so it seems to go well with the food.
However, it still has the umami and acidity that are unique to Okayama, so I think it would be better with simmered dishes than sashimi.
It is delicious. たけさんI forgot I drank it the other day and had to repeat it.
It goes in easily, but has a slightly matured taste, so I'd rather drink it with grilled vegetables or fish than sashimi.
I'm sure I've learned by now! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
