When I saw on Instagram that Hata Sake Shop had started handling Gokotsuru, I suddenly wanted to drink it and bought it at Daimaru.
It was juicy, sweet and delicious. I thought it was sweet, but the second half was dry and sharp.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness and spiciness become more pronounced.
I have only had Hitogokochi and Gohyakumangoku, but I wonder which Mikotsuru is the sweetest.
When I heard that it was sold out at the warehouse, I remembered that Daimaru had a lot of it and bought some.
I was wondering if they have Hyakko and IWA, and if they have an assortment for the wealthy.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.......

I drank it right after taking it out of the fridge, and it tasted bland and bitter. But a little later than right after taking it out of the fridge, the sweet and fruity taste became stronger and tasted better. It has a rich melon or muscat flavor.
I think there was also a grape-like taste.
