I bought this at the Ikebukuro Seibu event. It tastes like a banana-like South American fruit. You can taste the sake flavor in it and it has a strong sake taste. Good for sake lovers. Not recommended for beginners. It is for the middle to expert drinkers. Maybe with Western-style rice.

We opened it on our second wedding anniversary. At first I felt the sweetness directly. Is this the sweetness of rice? I thought so. The overall flavor is crisp, and as you continue drinking, you can taste the robust flavor of sake.

Today we have stewed beef, roast beef, namul komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens), and konbujime (sea bream). Meat, fish, and vegetables are all OK. It is excellent for dishes with a strong flavor. When combined with food, you can feel the goodness of sake through the gaps in the dish.
