I happened to find a sake that was highly recommended by the sake influencer Moririn? s highly recommended sake, I happened to find it and bought a bottle of Yamahai, which I don't usually drink. The result of drinking it was... It's very tasty. I used to drink only fruity sake, but this sake changed my view of the world. It is not fruity by any means, but for some reason it is easy to drink, and one after another, one after another, one after another... Anyway, it is just too good, too delicious. It is a bottle that you should definitely try.

　Laughing Four Seasons White Label purchased at a liquor store in Shiga Prefecture. 　Fruity peach 🍑. 　Tangy sweetness and a bit of sourness. 　Slight bitterness at the end makes it easy to drink 👏. 　But personally, I think it would be easier to drink if it were a little more refreshing. 　Well, it's just plain too good.

The smell was classic, with a strong alcoholic feel to it. I personally like fruity alcoholic drinks, so I thought this one might not be my cup of tea, but when I tried it, I was surprised? (O_O) It's so fruity, so good, so easy to drink! The gap between the smell and the taste is amazing. What was even more amazing was the change in taste after 3 days... It was more fruity and tasted even better... It was so good that I bought a bottle after this 🤣.

Even though it's a junmai sake, it's so fruity and tasty that it doesn't feel like a junmai sake. It's sweet like a melon There's no sense of alcohol at all, so I want to keep savoring it on my tongue. When it goes through my nose, I can feel a very sweet taste. Happy.
