This was my first heated sake to drink at home.
We had a heated sake at a sushi bar in town when I was younger and didn't like it, but then I met a great liquor store and had been drinking mainly cold sake, but the staff recommended it.
It was recommended by the staff. I didn't smell any bad alcohol when I first had a warmed-up bottle of sake in the past, but it had a mild flavor that smoothly entered the bottle. This is a great warmed sake.
