I bought this sake at vison (Taki Town, Mie Prefecture). It is a collaboration between Fukui Shuzo and Imuraya in Iga Ueno. I was attracted by the label and bought a nama-shu. It has a mellow aroma and taste, with a light aftertaste, and I think it will be popular with users who like sake but like it clean!
