This is a local sake from the Takagi Sake Brewery, famous for its 14yo!
The aroma is really fruity, and the flavor of freshly picked muscat spreads in the mouth!
It is not too sweet at the same time, so you can drink it quickly and enjoy it!
By the way, in my hometown, this sake is given out at legal ceremonies 😅I often use it as a cooking sake as well 💦laughs
