A local Nagasaki sake.
It is sweet, dark and strong, but fresh and crisp.
It tastes especially good this time of year before the rainy season.
We enjoyed it with horse mackerel sashimi and grilled squid.
The rice has a solid texture.
It has a tangy feeling on the tongue, as is typical of a draft, but it is also very dry and has a great sharpness.
The label, which claims the specs in full, is also very pleasing.
It has a strong freshness and melon-like fruity flavor, as is typical of nama-shu. It also has a slightly carbonated taste, which gives it a summery, summery flavor.
It has a nice sharpness and is excellent as a food sake!
We had it with Kure Tofu.
Complex. It is full-bodied, yet not too hard to drink, and you can taste the robust flavor of the rice.
It is delicious with fatty horse mackerel, which gives it a sweet and fruity taste.
But it is not for everyone...
P.S. On the second day after the bottle was uncorked, the mellow feeling typical of nama-shu has emerged. The rich presence of rice is still present.
The melon flavor is stronger than yesterday. This is delicious. I served it with arakabu miso soup.
