I wanted to taste it for a long time, and I was able to buy it in Shiobara. I'm glad I checked the stock and parking lot with the shop beforehand. The coolness of the label is also intriguing. The taste is refreshing and fruity, very easy to drink. I've been enjoying it with prosciutto ham, but I can't stop drinking it because it's so easy and delicious. I bought two bottles as a gift for my friends, but I don't want to give them away. I would like to buy it again if I have a chance.

I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori that my friend serves at his Izakaya bar. I bought a set of three bottles because it was a drinking set. I was surprised that the stopper blew off when I took off the rubber cap because of the carbon dioxide gas. This 807 was easy to drink, but it left a gooey taste in my throat, and it didn't have the smoothness I got at the store. I had it with red tuna meat and it was very tasty. I usually empty a four-pack in three days, but I finished this one in two days.

I'm looking forward to the drinking contest! Kaze no Mori with the gas released is also a gem. There is the question of whether the sake can be left that long, though.

I felt it mellowed out on the second day. When I drink it with sashimi and food, the alcohol tastes great and disappears quickly😅.

We visited Nasu-Shiobara last weekend and bought it at a famous shop in Sakura City on the way. My wife doesn't like the "dry sake" type, so I bought it along with Senkou's sparkler. It is full of pulp, tender, sweet and delicious. I drank it on the rocks, but my friend was in a good mood after drinking it. It's a light 5-6% alcohol. I also bought ripe mandarin oranges and grapes, so I'm looking forward to drinking them. I'm going to drink it as soon as possible.
