A collaboration with Iwate-born manga artist Yoshida Chikan and Iwate Meizo! Special Junmai sake. It is available in spring, summer, fall, and winter 😄The summer version has a lower alcohol content and is designed to be easy to drink, but if you drink it crisp and cold, as the illustration on the label says, it goes perfectly with lightly pickled cucumbers 😄It is a bottle that is both refreshing and has a strong rice flavor! I'm looking forward to drinking it in the fall!

The opening sound of the bottle was a popping sound, and contrary to my expectation of a gassy and gassy taste, it has a pleasant acidity and a full and juicy flavor on the palate. It goes well with meat dishes 😄.
