A summer-only ginjo-shu
The best cost performance at 2,000 yen per bottle without tax!
It is light, dry and refreshing, but some people may feel that it lacks a little flavor.
Cold tofu, edamame and okaki are also good!
This sake brewery is famous for Harushika. It is a Junmai Ginjo for about 3,000 yen including tax, but it has the mouthfeel and ginjo aroma of a Daiginjo class, so you can't help but say it is delicious. You don't need a side dish to enjoy it, but it is also good with fatty salmon or yellowtail.
The harmony of the sake's umami and the light and dry taste makes it a wonderful taste. The price is 2500 yen including tax. The core of the sake is solid, so you can take it to a barbecue without losing it to oil from meat dishes or tempura.
It's a BY2020 new sake, but it's stored at a liquor store and is delicious all year round. The price is 2000 yen without tax. It is light and clean, with a nice acidity that spreads and gives the sake a nice flavor. I'll be buying it again this year.
