Haneya Junmai Daiginjo 50 Wings This brewery was featured on NHK's "Touji no Supper in Toyama City". When I heard that they spare no time or effort in making every second bottle, I ordered it without hesitation. It was a fresh sake with a light and pleasant aroma. Considering the cost, I think it is a very good value for money. I think cool delivery is necessary because it is a raw sake.

I like all Sentori, but this is one that was well received by everyone around me. It is fruity and light, yet it is full of flavor. It comes in a wooden box, so it makes a great gift. I think it's the best value for money.

It is a limited edition sake. It has a good reputation, so I tried it for the first time. It is a special honjozo, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It was delicious and tasted very modern. Unfortunately, there is no distributor in Kumamoto, so the shipping cost is a little expensive.

It's delicious. On top of that, the Junmai Daiginjo is made from Omachi rice grown using the Kimura method, which is famous for the miracle apple, without pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. It's even better when you consider the thoughts of the people who made it. For me, this was the best sake of the year.
