Out of season, but fresh green raw sake. Kurosawa Junmai Shinryoku Nama Sake from Kurosawa Shuzo in Sakuho-cho, Nagano. It has a core strength typical of the ikuhashi-style sake making process, yet is surprisingly fresh! 🌱 Personally, the crisp, medium dry mouthfeel was perfect for my current mood. It is light with low alcohol (13 degrees Celsius), yet the flavor of the rice is also very strong. It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly and chilled while feeling the early summer breeze.

Cat. Nice to meet you 🙇🏻‍♀️՞ I enjoyed Yamamoto Midnight Blue so much that I bought the black one the other day! It's still sitting in the fridge undranked, but I'm looking forward to drinking it: ☺️ I drink sake from both inside and outside of the prefecture, but the local Nagano sake is delicious! I'm glad I'm local because you can get Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Sake Brewery 😁My favorite is Yamasan, so please try it if you see it m(_ _)m
