It has a core strength typical of the ikuhashi-style sake making process, yet is surprisingly fresh! 🌱
Personally, the crisp, medium dry mouthfeel was perfect for my current mood.
It is light with low alcohol (13 degrees Celsius), yet the flavor of the rice is also very strong.
It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly and chilled while feeling the early summer breeze.
