Delicious. I've been waiting for this year's release. It has a fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste. Low alcohol and easy to drink. I served it cold with spaghetti with tomato sauce. with spaghetti with tomato sauce. Even my daughter who is a sake beginner likes this sake. Sake is a great way to spend a happy time.

delicious Umami of rice and sourness typical of Junmai-shu This sake is made with a focus on the local Murakami area. I bought it at the end of last year and it was the last bottle. Sake can make you happy.
