Reizan sparkling. It was too carbonated to open the cork. I blew out 🤣. It was held in front of Amu Plaza in Kumamoto I bought it at the Autumn Sake Festival (9/15-9/17) held in front of Amu Plaza in Kumamoto. I thought it was sweet and not too sour. Personally, I prefer Sansho.

We were so fascinated by the taste of Kankoubai that we decided to make a different Kankoubai from the previous one. It is made from precious Omachi! The slightly carbonated taste makes it refreshing and very easy to drink. I felt the acidity and sweetness were moderate.
