This will be my 168th check-in!
I missed the first anniversary post, so I'll try to make it!
Actually, I started posting on Sake-no-Wawa on the same day as Shiri, so I've taken the liberty of calling us "colleagues" 😁.
I brought my first 寫樂🤩 for our anniversary.
When I found it in Tokyo station, I couldn't help but shout out "寫樂" and the waiter beside me laughed at me and said "it's delicious isn't it"😁.
100% Aizu Minato Yumeko
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16%.
Sake meter degree: +1, Acidity: 1.3 (reference)
When you open the bottle and pour it into a glass, it has a fresh and discreetly fragrant fruity taste.
Melon, banana, white grape
I have seen and heard many analogies, but none of them are quite right for me!
An incomparable fragrance!
I dare say it's like a good red grape.
I close my eyes and smell it, yes! Red grapes with a hint of white grapes 😁.
And then I roll it around in my mouth, without any unpleasant alcohol smell. What the heck is this? It blooms even more 🌸This is exactly the kind of wine that can be described in different ways depending on the person who drinks it.
It has a nice lingering aftertaste and is not unpleasant.
I can see why everyone is praising it so highly!
I am thankful to have found such a sake.
