㊗️Sake Duploma first test passed
㊗️ sakewa back in business
It's been a while 😀
I'm back at Sake-no-Wawa on July 28th without any problems 😇.
Since I started Sake-no-wa, I realized my lack of knowledge about Sake and decided to study 😅.
I decided to get either a sake taster or a sake diploma, and since I have a sake certificate, I decided not to do the sake taster which is in the same family, but to try the sake diploma 😇.
I always read and write comments on sakewa during my commute to work, but I held off for a month and used that time to study and today I passed the first exam without a hitch😇.
The only way to pass the second test is to drink, so I guess I can drink a lot without worrying 🤣.
So I opened a bottle of Ginkame today to celebrate 🎊
If you want to become a sake diploma, you have to write a proper comment on the taste, but anyway, Gin🐢 is very tasty😇.
I had opened a bottle of Sairai Buspar, which was opened earlier, and Akirika's Aragoshi Nama Sake and Chushingura 47, which I bought at the brewery, and they were all delicious, but Gin🐢 was exceptional!

The first test is the one you can pass if you study hard enough, but the hardest part is the second blind tasting test 🤣.

The problem with getting older is that my memory gets worse, and it was harder to remember than it used to be, but I managed to get through the first exam without a hitch 😀.
For the second exam, I want to take my time and improve my sensitivity 😀.
