The second bottle of Abekan-san: ‼️
We drank the first bottle a while ago and were so impressed with its taste 🥹 that Nobby immediately got the second bottle of Abekan 🤗.
This one is a real dry wine!

Not much aroma 🤔.
Jay felt a slight sweetness when he took a sip, but Nobby said this one is really dry 😄.
I switched from Mutsu Hachisen, so there was a big swing from sweet to spicy 😅.
In any case, it's a good food sake with a clean and crisp mouthfeel and umami flavor 😋.
On this day, we had soba noodles, yakitori, mini sushi, and a wide variety of other dishes! I enjoyed eating and drinking Mutsu Hachisen with the yakitori and Abekan with the sushi and soba noodles 😄.
By the way, did anyone see "Let Snow Man do it" on TV📺 last night?
They were competing to see if they could kankopi the choreography of a dance in 3 minutes ⁉️. The adaptability of young people who dance regularly is really amazing ‼️ and we watched it for 2 hours, laughing and admiring the performance 😆.
I think it would take us 3 months to learn it 😅and maybe 3 days to forget it 🤣.

Dry sake and sushi/soba sounds like a good match 🎵.
I'm a super sweet person so I don't get a chance to encounter dry sake very often, but looking at Jay & Nobby's post, I think dry sake might be a good choice once in a while!
