We are so excited to finally meet the "Hiragana" Takachiyo!
The first aroma after opening the bottle is of fresh apples and strawberries! It's a fresh aroma that reminds me of sweet and sour strawberries!
In the mouth, the light mouthfeel and gaseous sensation give way to a gorgeous spread of sweetness, but it runs down the throat while enjoying the mellow flavor accompanied by sourness 🤩.
Wow~! Amazing 🤩!
I prefer dry wine, but this sweet and rich flavor is the first time I have tasted it and I like it a lot 😘I felt that the light acidity created a perfect balance to suppress the richness! The aftertaste is long.
I am convinced that the group of sake-no-wa can be formed with everyone raving about it and saying "there is no doubt about Hinagana Takachiyo" 👍.
