I have been wanting to drink Morishima for a long time. I finally had a chance to drink it!
Purchased at Tokuji-san, which bouken told me about.
100% Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
It does not have much aroma when it is opened, but when you drink it, you will find it has a soft sweetness and umami with a lot of pizzazz. It has an apple-like flavor. The bitterness comes in and is refreshing!
After a while, as the temperature rises, the aroma becomes stronger and the sweetness comes out.
I am looking forward to tomorrow!
But I couldn't drink it 💧 on the 3rd day!
Gorgeous aroma...it smells like rice, and when you drink it, it's chili. More umami than sweet. The apple flavor is the same as always, but the bitterness has decreased a bit and it's clearer!
The sweetness comes out and it is delicious ♡.
It also has umami and sourness, so it goes well with meals.
On the 4th day, the gassiness is gone and the taste is very calm. It has a delicious flavor, so it went well with meals.
It's a pity that I couldn't check the taste on the second day 💧.
It is fresh and fruity, but not too sweet and umami, so it is a delicious sake on its own or with food. ❣️
