So we moved it up a week and went to Kawaguchiko!
Yamanashi is famous for its wines, but this restaurant had a selection of 5 different kinds of sake!
I asked for a local brand that I had not tried yet!
The aroma of the sake had a hint of ginjo!
It does not change even when the temperature rises!
The taste is deliciously sweet, with a little bitterness peeking through after a while!
We are very happy to have a delicious sake with our dishes!

I bought it at a liquor store called Liquor Shop Saegusa😄The owner explained a lot about the sake to me since I was a tourist. It was a pity that Sasaiichi was out of stock, but the store had a full lineup of Shichiken, as well as Haruyusingutsuyu, Take-no-i, etc. It was a good store that also carried local sake from other prefectures 🧐.
The taste...like the Haruyusinginchu, it is very light on the palate. Fuji is said to have super soft water, and I wonder if that has something to do with it.
It is slightly sweet, with a spiciness that follows.
We enjoyed it with grilled pork and stir-fried green pepper and shiitake mushrooms with garlic pork. ハイエースGood morning, ellie 😃.

Last week I went home by cab three times, drank dinner after the date on Friday, drank like I was bathed in leftover cargo tag sake and fell asleep (lol), and this weekend I'm in Yamanashi.
Yamanashi is known for its wine, but there is also a lot of good sake.
I went to a local liquor store and found this. If it says "limited edition" on it, you can't help but reach for it❤️.
It's refreshing and sweet, not too spicy. It goes well with many kinds of side dishes. It's also good with kayaku gohan (I heard they don't say that in Kanto).
I did a wine tasting during the day, drank beer after the bath, drank wine for the first half of the meal, and then had this sake. But the taste was unbeatable. My liver is no match for it (laughs).
