I'll order a drink from a popular bar. Share with my neighbor.
A somewhat expensive menu at this restaurant?
The sake is cool and refreshing, and is easy to drink with strong flavored food.
It is light and slightly fruity.
The seafoodiness of the ankimo and the saltiness of the fried ginkgo nuts are well balanced.
The alcohol is a good weight to the palate until the third sip, but when it is no longer cold, it is still a bit rough for a value-priced sake.
I thought it was better balanced than the two cheapest cups of sake.
I drank it in the heat of sharing, but I think 300ml is probably too much for one person.
I drank at a yakitori restaurant.
I don't have a picture of it because it was served in a tokkuri.
I remember that it went well with yakitori and I drank it right away.
