The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival (5)
Takashimaya Buyer's Select Booth
Amidst the Midorikawa and Akizuka brands, there was a corner for frozen nama-zake, which we have been paying attention to for a long time.
The sake is frozen in a special device, so the price is over 1,000 yen for a 3-ounce bottle, but there are some rare and rare breweries in the lineup, so I'm personally interested in this genre of sake.
There were a variety of sake breweries on the shelves, from major makers to local breweries, but only a limited number were available for tasting, so I tried Nara's Gokami.
I even went to the front of the brewery the other day 😁.
Gokami is not registered as a brand name even though there seems to be a good number of people drinking it.... I wonder if I have to tell the management about it?
When I came to Goshin's tasting and sale at a department store, it seemed fresher than the sake sold there. It's just in between sweet and spicy, and flat.
There was something I wanted, but I told them I'd come back later because it would melt if I put it in my basket and went around, and then I left.
