Shinjo-san drank this sake on the train on his way back from an expedition to Saitama.
It has a good sake-like aroma, and although it is standard and classic, it has the feel of "drinking sake".
Sake from Saitama Prefecture is exceptional, and there are nationally recognized sake such as the gorgeousness of Kahayo-yoku, the freshness of Kagamiyama, the lightness of Tenranzan and Igarashi, and the modern smartness of Sairai, but in fact, I feel that the sake from Saitama Prefecture is characterized by the quality of standard sake that is both plain and tasty.
