The first autumn sake from Omura-san, famous for their Onna-nakase series ❗Autumn sake made with "Honorifuji" sake rice from Shizuoka 🗻, which was created by growing and selecting mutant Yamada Nishiki by irradiating it with gamma rays.
The aroma is fruity ❗When you drink it, it has a light sweetness and umami, followed by a refreshing taste ❗.
It's not enough! But as the temperature rises, the richness comes out and bitterness is added! It was a high quality delicious sake 🎵 I recommend drinking it cold ❗
