It is the first time to drink the sake which uses the rice called Maikaze. It says that it is made entirely in Gunma. It's not as fruity as I thought it would be, but it's a beautiful sake with a strong gassy taste and a light sweet flavor. It's a bit like ramune. I want to drink it in various specs, but the store where it is sold is a little far away.

It is said that the amount of alcohol produced is quite small. The aroma is banana. It has a honey-like sweetness and a unique and distinctive flavor, ending with a strong alcohol taste and spiciness. It is a very thick and robust sake with a strong and stimulating taste at 20 degrees Celsius. It tastes different in different tanks. If you like Katano Sakura, you may like it!
