It is the first time to drink the sake which uses the rice called Maikaze. It says that it is made entirely in Gunma. It's not as fruity as I thought it would be, but it's a beautiful sake with a strong gassy taste and a light sweet flavor. It's a bit like ramune. I want to drink it in various specs, but the store where it is sold is a little far away.

As others have mentioned, the gas pressure is strong, so you should be careful not to blow the lid off.
