takeshon said it was empty in 2 minutes, but I opened it on Sunday and still have half of it left😅. I had to drink it because it's the brewery that originated the No.1 yeast. It has a slight sweetness and a unique flavor. It has a slight sourness to it. It's not like a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's light and easy to drink.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃. The official list shows that there are also honjozo and junmai sake 😅. I wonder if the reason why it doesn't look like Daigin is to differentiate the taste since there are variations of Daiginjos? You can buy it in 1 gou bottles at Yamaya, so please try it lol
