The sweetness of the rice is followed by a slight alcohol taste.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.

こるねFreshly brewed!
The smell doesn't give me a sense of nastiness anymore. The aroma of green leaves, herbs and alcohol is so bright.
There's a refreshing sweet and sour taste on the palate, but it's fleeting. Immediately, an explosion of intense flavor, bitterness, and alcohol. This is intense. It's just like a raw sake.
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this to beginners. But if you're an original sake fanatic, you'll get into it. It's a sharp punch that stings.
I've tasted the Yamahai Junmai Non-Filtered Raw Sake before, and that one was like a kind father. But this one is completely different. It's interesting.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's the spider from "The Battle of Gedo". For those who have seen the movie, it's a spider until the middle of the movie. The last part is a bit of a thing. A beautiful, horrible, age- and gender-unidentified last boss. The voice actor Yuko Tanaka also played Eboshi-sama in Princess Mononoke, didn't she? It's amazing how different both of them are from Yuko Tanaka herself.
