This is my first Kyoto sake.
The No.1 yeast is used for this sake and I felt full-bodied and dry as I tried this.
But these taste is not annoying, rather than it may match with seafood or spicy food.
The label is Samurai, looking powerful.
But when I tried this, I found that it was fruity and full-bodied. Although it is Junmai Ginjyo, you can enjoy fruity and acidity from this sake.
For beginner of Iwate's sake like me, this is suitable.
I've been wanting to drink ALPHA TYPE1 for a long time and finally got it!
I was surprised by the fruity 👀.
It's so fruity you'll wonder if it's really just rice! It was so fruity! I've been wanting to try this for a while now, but I've never had it before.
My first Kaze no Mori! Test brewed with 80% Akitsuho.
It has a little bit of gas, a little bit of tartness, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the rice and the melon 👀.
After that, there are complex flavors such as sourness and bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshing without being overpowering.
I emptied the 720 in one night 😋 lol.
It's a very well made sake for 80%!
