Refreshing and easy to drink. My favorite style because it doesn't have the off-flavor of rice. It's not easy to drink a bottle by myself because I'm bored of the taste(?), but I was able to drink a bottle of this by myself.

Azumatsuru Junmai Ginjo Nama Movin' 東鶴純米吟醸生 MOVIN'
Azumatsuru's sake is known for its clean flavor, and this one is no different. It's different from the Yamatanishiki I drank before. It has a charm that finishes off the rice flavor that I don't like.

Haneya Junmai Kinjo Hiyaoroshi 羽根屋 純米吟醸 ひやおろし
I got a glass from a regular at the next table and drank it. It had a unique spicy aftertaste. Oh, and Hyaoroshi is simply a limited sake that was released in the fall.
