7/10 Seimasa's effervescence is made from Nanto's Yuyamanishiki grapes. It has a freshness, but it also has a firm finish in the latter half of the bottle. It is dry with acidity. This is delicious! Sake from Toyama Prefecture is often tasty simply because I drink it more often and in larger quantities, so I am accustomed to the taste. Narimasa is a good sake.

6/10 Flay! Flay! It is said to be a sake called "Hurray! It is written "Cheering Sake" on the bottle. The rice polishing ratio is 80%, so it is not a sake with a specific name, but a pure rice sake. When drunk cold, it is a bit lackluster, with only a hint of sourness remaining. So I had it warmed up. It warmed up beautifully, and the flavor was well integrated. It was so good that I wanted to keep it at home for warming up. I think I might like this kind of sake more and more as I get older.

6/10 We were served an atmospheric sake at a bar with a nice atmosphere. Junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It had a mild aroma and a mild taste. It has an atmosphere that would be more enjoyable if it were slightly warmed up. I paired it with a strong-flavored sake, but the strong rice flavor made it a good match.
