This one is hot sake.
It was delicious with a hint of sweetness as it rolled around on my tongue.
This is the first time I've had it, but I think it will become my favorite brand of hot sake.

This one is also mild and easy to drink.
But it is also fruity and sweet.
I felt that there are many Mie sake that are easy to drink, such as Jikin and Saku.

My wife was out of town, so I went out for a drink by myself.
I wanted to drink Kido's junmai sake hot if they had it, but they only had junmai ginjo, so I went with cold sake.
The sake was so mild and smooth on the palate that one could be mistaken for water. It was so mild on the palate that one could be forgiven for thinking it was water.
