ふかわSweet, tangy, acidic
It is difficult to describe the taste unless you buy a bottle and drink it at home. The amount you drink is proportional to the depth of your impression. ふかわMuch darker, sweeter, delicious, full-bodied sake
Seems to be limited to hanpukai ふかわStrong richness & acidity あかつきShinsei "colors".
Ruri (Lapis)
Cosmos
Ecru
The balance of acidity and flavor of Lapis is wonderful, and it is easy to drink. Cosmos has a faint aroma like strawberry. It's easy for a sake beginner like myself to drink because it has no miscellaneous flavors and goes down easily! It's also recommended for women!
Ecru has a banana or mango aroma. Mango? I don't know if this is the right way to describe it, but it's like Mitsuya Cider! I don't know if this is the right way to describe it, but it's like a Mitsuya Cider!
All of the drinks are made from Akita sake rice, which is produced in Akita Prefecture (Ecru is made from Akira Sake-Komachi). They make the sake for the year depending on how the rice turns out, so they don't make the same sake (but they could if they wanted to) so it's something to look forward to every year! 😭 あかつきI was given three different types to drink this time, R, S and X. All of them had a citrus aroma and the unique gasiness of raw sake. They pulled off quickly and were easy to drink, and even for me, a less experienced drinker, they were delicious! 😊
This could be a great way to introduce a lot of people to sake...
The brewery could make it taste the same every year, but they don't. I was impressed by the willingness of the breweries to label their sake as vintage and have it taste different every year. It's a great sake, a glimpse into the quest and challenge of taste! あかつきSenbonnishiki Non-Filtration Raw Junmai Ginjo
Yamada-Nishiki Non-Filtered Junmai-Ginjo
Aisan Hibiri Junmai Ginjo
Nigorizake Special Junmai
Not only did they each have different personalities, but I enjoyed the unique fruity scent and freshness of the Jikan! It has the best balance of sweet and sour taste. As for the nigorizake, it has a mellow aroma like a banana, and when I took it in my mouth, I felt a strong sense of gas, characteristic of unfiltered sake. It's delicious in its own way...
It's all delicious😊.
Kawasaki Fish Store has a wide selection of varieties to choose from, and you can compare drinks!
I'm still a beginner, but I'm learning about the world of sake, a traditional Japanese craft 😊. あかつきIt smells like grain and has a clean, easy to drink aftertaste. I'm new to drinking sake, but it was delicious! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
