Today, Mr. Gura is coming to Osaka.
I'm getting used to the idea of the Thunderbird stopping at Tsuruga, but there are still a number of problems to worry about 💦.
After a quick stroll around the Toji junk market in Kyoto, I went to Gifuya in Umeda, Osaka, where you can drink a medium bottle of Akahoshi for 260 yen, and then went to a standing bar owned by Tamanomitsu.
I was a little lost and sweaty, so I ordered a refreshing summer sake 🍶.
Tamanomitsu Junmai Ginjo Natsume Shuku 100%.
The clear rice aroma, refreshing flavor, and a hint of sweetness on the palate, followed by a refreshing aftertaste that lingers on the nose.
The aroma and richness of the fat from the seared mackerel and the acidity of the finished dish are an excellent match.
We got off to a good start and started moving to the offline meeting place 😁.
The fourth one is the Akahoshi and Chashu Eggs 😋 that we ordered at Gifuya.
