I searched the internet and didn't find any sightings of it outside of Yamaya, so it's probably Kamo Nishiki, which is limited to Yamaya. The initial aroma is mildly fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it is slightly sweet and easy to drink dry. It also has a faintly sweet aroma and a hint of alcohol. It was a classic sake with a light, dry taste. How does it compare to the "kafuda-shu"? We apologize to those who may be wondering how it compares to the "packaged sake". I remember drinking a Jungin pale dry one once upon a time, but I have never had a Jun Dai gorgeous one, so I can't compare them😅. By the way, Yamaya always gives you a refrigerated bag and a refrigerant when you buy a bottle of nama-zake. I wish other liquor stores would do the same, but I guess it's not possible?

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀. It seems to be a rule at Yamaya-san to put them in a cool bag and coolant. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm not sure! None of the stores in my vicinity provide either a cold bag or a cold pack 🤣.

Hello bouken 🍶. Does this mean that it depends on the store too 😂.

Next, we will continue with the special pure Ryo Ku🍶 from Yamaya, introduced by bouken. As expected, it was located at the Dogenzaka-ue branch in Shibuya. The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet. In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a clean acidity and bitterness, although it is more reserved than Jungin Yumachi. I think this one has a better sharpness. It was delicious. I looked at some other Yamaya stores, but they did not carry Jyokuya Original Kamo Nishiki. The photos after the second one are the main sakes in the nama-shu corner. In addition to the photos, there was also a fire-aged version of Yamaya's original Kamo Nishiki. Also, it seems that Yamaya's Nyozora is sold through wholesalers, so it is not likely that they will continue to carry it in the future.

Hi Matsuchiyo 😃 I see you were able to buy it at Kisora Yamaya 😊I saw the pictures, Sawanoi and Chichibu Nishiki are also on the line, very regional selection 😳.

Hello bouken. Thanks to your help, I was able to buy it. I have an image that Sawanoi is always available at small liquor stores in town run by an old couple (I wonder if they sell well?) What kind of selection do you have in Kansai?

I guess it's like the sake in the picture plus the sake in the Kansai region. In Hyogo, there is an abundance of Ryuriki, and in Kyoto, there is an abundance of Shotoku 😊There are quite a few differences from store to store, so it's interesting 😁.
