Kamonishiki氷室蔵 純米大吟醸 生酒
まつちよ
I searched the internet and didn't find any sightings of it outside of Yamaya, so it's probably Kamo Nishiki, which is limited to Yamaya.
The initial aroma is mildly fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, it is slightly sweet and easy to drink dry.
It also has a faintly sweet aroma and a hint of alcohol.
It was a classic sake with a light, dry taste.
How does it compare to the "kafuda-shu"? We apologize to those who may be wondering how it compares to the "packaged sake".
I remember drinking a Jungin pale dry one once upon a time, but I have never had a Jun Dai gorgeous one, so I can't compare them😅.
By the way, Yamaya always gives you a refrigerated bag and a refrigerant when you buy a bottle of nama-zake.
I wish other liquor stores would do the same, but I guess it's not possible?

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀.
It seems to be a rule at Yamaya-san to put them in a cool bag and coolant. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm not sure! None of the stores in my vicinity provide either a cold bag or a cold pack 🤣.

Hello bouken 🍶.
Does this mean that it depends on the store too 😂.
