November 21, 2020. Evening drink at home. I bought this on my way home from work. It's a stable one to pair with fish. I'm grateful for the 300ml bottle. It is easy to drink. Sashimi of horse mackerel and and seared mackerel. I enjoyed it.

October 17, 2020. Dinner at home. On the way home from work, I found some Amadai sashimi so I bought it. The sake I paired it with was Yamagata's Ginrei Gassan. It is light and dry and goes well with sashimi. The price is reasonable and easy to drink.

May 19, 2018 Dinner at home. A wild cherry salmon fished from a friend I got it and I bought it on my way home from work. It is paired with Shusen's glorious saffron. Sashimi, grilled with salt It was a good match for both of them.
