Senpai recommends this special junmai for Tobiroki. It is richer and deeper than the Junmai Ginjo I mentioned earlier. It tastes great! Fried squid, carrots and burdock We drank more and more! The starting two types are Junmai Ginjo HIROKI's Aizan Great expectations! How delicious! I don't usually get a chance to drink Tobiroki, so I'll have to take my time! The dishes are seasonal from Fukushima and Aizu! Green asparagus caught not in the morning but in the evening! I was allowed to have a plate of asparagus by myself! Aizuwakamatsu after a long absence I had a drink with a couple who were one year my senior at university. We talked about the New Sake Competition, and I told them that Fukushima sake was the best, We had them choose the sake for us! The first one was Aizu Miyazumi with this beautiful light blue label! I couldn't find it on the internet! The waiter slowly stirred the sake. The cork popped open with a bang! Ya, it's good! Fresh and crisp!
