Invited by my in-laws to Ashihara Onsen [Grandeur Hosen], there are two types of sake available for dinner, so let's have a glass of this one after the "proprietress". Onisakuza Junmai Sake Junmai Kanzake. The sake has a clean rice aroma, a clear and clear flavor, a smooth finish, and a shallow and pleasant aftertaste. It was delicious cold, but as the label on the back says, the brewery recommends heating the sake 🤔. I feel like the all-you-can-eat all-you-can-drink policy has the disadvantage of not having a wide variety of sake 💦. This is the main brand of Kubota Shuzo, the brewer of the previous "Onna" sake, and the lineup also includes Maruoka Castle, a honjozo named after the old Maruoka town where the brewery is located, and Junmai Ginjo "Isshu Keijo" (Junmai Ginjo) ✨. The food is of excellent quality, with dishes such as Wakasa beef steak, which belongs to the same A5 grade as Matsusaka beef, and sashimi and sushi using the freshest local fish, and rare parts are served without announcement, so it is fun to visit the buffet corner often 🥰. I brought my own sake because I thought it would be lacking, but after returning to my room and lying down, I fell asleep until morning 🤣. I must have been exhausted😅.

Good morning, Gyve 😃. I'm curious about all inclusive inns 🤔I'm sure it would be great to stay at one with plenty of sake and heated sake too 😊I'm sure I'll fall asleep too whatever it is 😆.

Hello Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. This inn has some great aspects such as unlimited beer drinking from check-in until 9:30pm, but there's a possibility that it's not your favorite, so it's a good or bad thing💦. I'd love to find such an inn ✨

Last weekend was a three-day weekend when the cold wave had abated. On Saturday and Sunday, I worked onsite at events from early morning until late at night, returning home shivering from the cold and exhausted 😵. The week before that, I had also worked on site in the cold, so my accumulated fatigue reached its limit. On the last day of the three-day weekend, my in-laws had invited me to a hot spring, so the whole family went to Ashihara Onsen, a hot spring in the backcountry of Hokuriku. ♨️ The hotel we stayed at this time, Grandeur Hosen, is an all-inclusive hotel that includes accommodation and all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner, and has been gaining popularity lately, especially through word of mouth for its delicious dinners✨. Now, let's have a taste of the sake that was served with the all-inclusive dinner 🍶. The sake is called "Onnajo Dry Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage." The aroma of the rice is full and delicious, the taste is smooth and smooth, the aftertaste is clean and gentle, and the bitterness is felt on the tongue at the end. This bottle is made by the "Proprietress's Association" made up of the proprietresses of the inns in Ashihara Onsen, who participate in rice cultivation and sake brewing, and serve and sell this bottle at each inn. [All the proprietresses participating in the proprietresses' association are certified sake tasters, and are playing a role in promoting local tourism, which is on the rise with the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train 😁. Brewed by Kubota Sake Brewery in Sakai City, which is adjacent to Awara City.

Hi Jive, good evening. Thank you very much for your work in the cold weather🍀. A hot spring hotel and sake is a good cure for such a cold and tired body. ♨️ I am only interested in the sake that the proprietress, who is a certified sake taster, participated in 😊.

Good evening, Gyve-san 🦉. The hot spring and sake will be a perfect match for your tired body. ♨️ I thought it was a perfect brand for an onsen ryokan, and I see that the sake is made by the proprietresses who are sake tasters 😳It will surely be delicious with the food😻

Good evening, Mr. Gyve 😃. It's a true connoisseur of sake to do a proper sake review during an inclusive stay like a reward after a hard day's work: ☺️ I've seen you on social networking sites and you have a lot of pressure when it comes to sake 😊.

Hello, HinaHanaMama! This time of year, we often work in venues that are not heated, so the hot springs soak up the cold. ♨️ I'm sure you'll enjoy the sweet taste of the "Onna" (female owner), so why don't you take the bullet train and come to eat crab? 🤣

Hi ma-ki, I'm sorry to hear that you had to work in a refrigerator-like environment for two whole days. We worked for 2 whole days in a refrigerator-like environment with a venue temperature below 10°, so it was more soaked. ♨️ It's an interesting experiment to brew your own sake that you recommend to tourists 😁.

Hello, Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. The association was originally formed to promote the local community, but it became famous after it made a nationwide tour and media exposure in hopes of recovering from the reputational damage caused by the past Russian tanker oil spill ✨. Please try it with crab 🥰!

Hi Aladdin! I'm very grateful that I can drink as much as I want because the actual price of "The Proprietress" is a little bit drunken 😁. I think one of the reasons for the pressure is that the title of the book is written by a monk of Eiheiji Temple 🤣.
