The sake is called "Onnajo Dry Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage."
The aroma of the rice is full and delicious, the taste is smooth and smooth, the aftertaste is clean and gentle, and the bitterness is felt on the tongue at the end.
This bottle is made by the "Proprietress's Association" made up of the proprietresses of the inns in Ashihara Onsen, who participate in rice cultivation and sake brewing, and serve and sell this bottle at each inn.
［All the proprietresses participating in the proprietresses' association are certified sake tasters, and are playing a role in promoting local tourism, which is on the rise with the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train 😁.
