女将あわら温泉 女将の会 謹醸 辛口純米吟醸生貯蔵 ichiro18The hotel where we stayed in Awara Onsen, the sake called "Onsho" is available for drinking in Awara Onsen.
Please refer to Jive's post from last year for the story of how this sake came to be.
I had a choice of dry or sweet, so I chose dry since I had a dry mouth from the Ippongi I drank before that ✨.
The aroma is clean and sweet. Fresh mouthfeel, silky sweetness followed by a spiciness that slowly pushes in 😊.
I paired it with marinated octopus... 👍It had a good flavor and a clean aftertaste that was good for the next meal.
The two day and one night tour of Fukui took about six and a half hours by car from my house to Fukui, a distance of about 500 kilometers one way, with a break in between.
On the second day, we had a bowl of katsudon for lunch at Europa-ken, and went sightseeing to Tojinbo and the ruins of the Ichijodani Asakura clan.
This makes 51/100 for the 100 best castles.
The fourth picture shows the sake we purchased at the brewery and brought along ✨.
Anyway, we got home safe and sound at 10pm 🥰.
Fukui has great water, food, and sake, and I honestly wanted to go back 😍The Awara Onsen hotel was of a high standard and my family was very happy ✨I was especially taken by the fantastic snowy scenery of Ichijodani 🥰It was very nice🥳. ジャイヴHello ichiro18, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I'm relieved to hear you made it home safely 🥰.
It's intoxicating that the "landlady" is playing a role in promoting tourism: ✨️
I have 4 bottles of "Hakudakesen" 😲 and "Shokutate" as well!
I haven't reviewed the "Shokutate" yet, but it's not good! ma-ki-Hello, ichiro18!
You were really bulletproof 😲🚗⛄!
I'm so glad you had a great time! I'm sure you'll have a great time!
I'm very curious to see the limited edition of the loot too 🤤!
Looking forward to your review 😋. ichiro18Hi Jive 😃.
I enjoyed my trip to Fukui 🥰The level of accommodation in Awara Onsen is high ✨The opening of the Shinkansen line was one of the turning points! Gyve-san recommended Hakugakusen! I went to Yasumoto Sake Brewery and bought some 😊I'm looking forward to drinking it 🍶. ichiro18Hi ma-ki-😃I'm not a liar 😁I do what I say 👍There were so many breweries in the sake brewery stamp rally book.
I'm not a liar 😁I'm always true to my word👍There are so many breweries in the sake brewery stamp rally book ✨I could only visit 3 breweries, but I'm looking forward to the sake I had a chance to meet in the sake activities 🥰.
ジャイヴLast weekend was a three-day weekend when the cold wave had abated. On Saturday and Sunday, I worked onsite at events from early morning until late at night, returning home shivering from the cold and exhausted 😵.
The week before that, I had also worked on site in the cold, so my accumulated fatigue reached its limit. On the last day of the three-day weekend, my in-laws had invited me to a hot spring, so the whole family went to Ashihara Onsen, a hot spring in the backcountry of Hokuriku. ♨️
The hotel we stayed at this time, Grandeur Hosen, is an all-inclusive hotel that includes accommodation and all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner, and has been gaining popularity lately, especially through word of mouth for its delicious dinners✨.
Now, let's have a taste of the sake that was served with the all-inclusive dinner 🍶.
The sake is called "Onnajo Dry Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage."
The aroma of the rice is full and delicious, the taste is smooth and smooth, the aftertaste is clean and gentle, and the bitterness is felt on the tongue at the end.
This bottle is made by the "Proprietress's Association" made up of the proprietresses of the inns in Ashihara Onsen, who participate in rice cultivation and sake brewing, and serve and sell this bottle at each inn.
[All the proprietresses participating in the proprietresses' association are certified sake tasters, and are playing a role in promoting local tourism, which is on the rise with the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train 😁.
Brewed by Kubota Sake Brewery in Sakai City, which is adjacent to Awara City. ひなはなママHi Jive 😃
Thank you for all your hard work over the holidays: 🙇♀️
The onsen on your last day was a wonderful treat for you and your family 🥰The proprietress is a sake taster! Cool 👍and dry 🍶Town is very lively and nice ❣️ ma-ki-Hi Jive, good evening.
Thank you very much for your work in the cold weather🍀.
A hot spring hotel and sake is a good cure for such a cold and tired body. ♨️
I am only interested in the sake that the proprietress, who is a certified sake taster, participated in 😊. ポンちゃんGood evening, Gyve-san 🦉.
The hot spring and sake will be a perfect match for your tired body. ♨️ I thought it was a perfect brand for an onsen ryokan, and I see that the sake is made by the proprietresses who are sake tasters 😳It will surely be delicious with the food😻 アラジンGood evening, Mr. Gyve 😃.
It's a true connoisseur of sake to do a proper sake review during an inclusive stay like a reward after a hard day's work: ☺️
I've seen you on social networking sites and you have a lot of pressure when it comes to sake 😊. ジャイヴHello, HinaHanaMama!
This time of year, we often work in venues that are not heated, so the hot springs soak up the cold. ♨️
I'm sure you'll enjoy the sweet taste of the "Onna" (female owner), so why don't you take the bullet train and come to eat crab? 🤣 ジャイヴHi ma-ki, I'm sorry to hear that you had to work in a refrigerator-like environment for two whole days.
We worked for 2 whole days in a refrigerator-like environment with a venue temperature below 10°, so it was more soaked. ♨️
It's an interesting experiment to brew your own sake that you recommend to tourists 😁. ジャイヴHello, Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
The association was originally formed to promote the local community, but it became famous after it made a nationwide tour and media exposure in hopes of recovering from the reputational damage caused by the past Russian tanker oil spill ✨.
Please try it with crab 🥰! ジャイヴHi Aladdin!
I'm very grateful that I can drink as much as I want because the actual price of "The Proprietress" is a little bit drunken 😁.
I think one of the reasons for the pressure is that the title of the book is written by a monk of Eiheiji Temple 🤣. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
