Once-fired. I was allowed to drink it by accident, but this is not a normal sake. Fruity and sweet. It's like 16 degrees Celsius. It's so good sake, I'm not sure if this was the right choice.

I am so happy to be able to drink this kind of alcohol. Fruity and slightly carbonated. Anyway, it is sweet. It has a delicious flavor and no bitterness. The sweetness of Yamadanishiki is in full bloom. It is a cheat sake. It is a juice!
