Yamadanishiki produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. Yamadanishiki, but at first glance it is dry, with a bit of fruity aftertaste. It has bitterness and a slight umami flavor. This is my favorite. It is not the type of taste that will be popular, but it is delicious. I found a very good brand!
